Proposition 218
The Corning Water District has initiated the Proposition 218 process to increase annual assessments. To ensure the long-term reliability and sustainability of water services, the Corning Water District must adjust its annual assessments to reflect the true cost of ongoing operations, maintenance, and infrastructure needs. Current assessment levels are insufficient to support essential services and system integrity. The District is in the early stages of the process and will update this page as needed.
